Australians, Americans and librarians from UK

I see hits from these regions so I know someone from these areas is reading. If you are a librarian I would be really interested in a conversation about minority librarians in your country.

Leadership and Minorities

I am working on this subject right now. There is plenty of information on leadership and there is a lot on minorities - their psychology, behaviour, etc, but not much on the two of them together. This is probably a good thing too. But if you know of any I am all ears.
